    The Quark National Quiz is a quest to promote the spirit of quizzing and offer the very best a chance to win big.

    With preliminary rounds in different cities across India, the Quark National Quiz will be intense and competitive. Focussing on business, technology and science, the quiz will bring together just about anyone who has a quest for knowledge in their thirst to be crowned champions.

    Venue: TAG Centre (inside Ramakrishna Mission School), No.54, Burkit Road, T Nagar, Chennai 17.

     

    Pune

    Date: 15th December, 2012

    Time: 11:00 AM

    Venue: College of Engineering Pune, Welessley Road Shivaji Nagar, Pune.

     

    Delhi

    Date: 15th December, 2012

    Time: 12 PM

    Venue:IIT-Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi.

     

    Bangalore : 

    Date: 19th Jan,2013

    Time : 10:30 AM

    Venue : Montfort College, 184, Old Madras Road, Indranagar.

     

    Goa 

    Date: 1st February, 2013

    Venue: BITS Pilani KK Birla Goa Campus.

     

    Open to: Schools and colleges 

    Each venue will have a written preliminary round followed by a stage round.

    Stage round:

    A preliminary round will be conducted to select the top 6 teams for the Final Round. The quiz will cover the broad areas of Business, Science and Technology.
    In case of a tie, internal tie-breakers will be used to break the tie between teams.The winners of the stage round get to compete at the national finals at BITS Pilani, K K Birla Goa campus in February.


    Finals:

    The finals will consist of numerous rounds that will be revealed on the spot by the quizmaster.

    Rules

     
    • Quizmaster's decision is final.
    • Other rules will be revealed on the spot by the Quizmaster.
    • Number of teams per college/school: Unrestricted (cross college/school teams allowed)
    • Registrations: Online (on-spot registrations subject to seating availability)
