Matrix Revolutions

- A MATLAB(MATrix LABoratories) Event

MATLAB is not called the Language of Engineers for nothing. It is deemed to be a universal solution. This is an event in MATLAB which promises to leave your gray cells tingling. The Pandora’s Box that is MATLAB and your programming skills blended with your electronic knowledge seem like a potent combination. Well then, this is the time to test if your potent combination is potent enough. Because when you are competing with the best in the land, you need to be good enough. This is an on-the-spot event in MATLAB involving Image processing, Signal Processing and Circuit Implementation (GUI building).

The rules of the event are as follows:

RULES:

  • There will be two rounds, a prelim and a final round.
  • Both the preliminary and the final rounds will entail a list of questions which will be based in Image Processing, Signal Processing and Circuit Implementation.
  • The maximum entries per team will be two.(2)
  • The preliminary round will be conducted in stages depending upon the response.
  • Each team will get a maximum of two hours in both the Preliminary round and the Final round.
  • Entry into the preliminary round is subject to the judge’s decision.
  • Computers with MATLAB installed in them will be provided to each team

ELIGIBILITY. :

All students with a valid identity card of their respective educational institutes are eligible to participate in the event. Preliminary knowledge in MATLAB would be helpful.

SPECIAL NOTE:

  • The decision of the judges shall be treated as final and binding on all.
  • The organizers reserve the rights to change any or all of the above rules as they deem fit. Change in rules, if any will be highlighted on the website and notified to the registered participants
