Do you have it in you the deftness in building skills? Do you have the ingenuity to mould simple materials into assembled structures? Are you tempted by challenges and able to think on your feet?

 If yes, then Quark 2010 presents you with Bob the Builder- the event which lures the crowd due to its simplicity but yet is stimulating with its unique challenges. This grand event puts you to think on-the-spot, to showcase your dexterity at your building skills. This is to test the practical application of the theoretical facts and to assess its innovativeness, simplicity and the dynamism.

The event is open to all. No pre-requisite knowledge is required.

Rules and Regulations:

1.  All the materials will be provided on-the-spot. No other materials are allowed inside.
2. A time-span of 5 hours will be given to the participants to build according to the given problem statement.
3. There will be an elimination round out of which 10 teams will be selected for the final round. The judging of the final round will be done on the same structure but upon different criteria.
4. A team can consist of a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 4 participants.
5. The constraints upon the structure, to be taken care of while building, will be given on the spot along with the problem statement.
6. Participation certificates will be given to all.
7. The team standing first, second and third will be given Certificates of Excellence along with the cash prize, while the other finalist teams will be given the Merit Certificates.
