DRDO, CSIR and ISRO are three pillars of Indian science, and the cause of great pride for our country. In a world where pushing the frontiers of science was the prerogative of the developed world, these agencies have allowed us to hold our own.

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), one of Asia’s largest defence contractors, has given the nation, state of the art weapon systems, aircrafts and tanks, and is responsible for equipping us to protect our boundaries.

The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), which is India’s largest R&D organisation, is responsible for a number of scientific achievements in various fields spanning all of science and technology.

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is responsible for India’s celebrated space programme that got us to the moon and beyond.

And now, these three heavyweights all converge under one roof for the first time, with an exhibition that promises to educate and inspire. It all comes together at Quark 2010, India’s first Innovation Fest, from February 4-6 at BITS-Pilani, Goa Campus.
