Vikrant Bhargava
Vikrant Bhargava is an entrepreneur of Indian origin, based in Gibraltar. With a net worth of $ 870 million at the age of 33, he features on the Forbes list of India’s Richest. An alumnus of IIM – Calcutta and IIT – Delhi, he has held positions at Bank Of America and the business development division at British Gas. In early 2000, he joined PartyGaming.com. In 2001, he managed the launch of PartyGaming’s flagship product, PartyPoker.com, world’s first and leading online poker lobby.
He has been a major reason behind the success of PartyGaming, his marketing efforts were key in making it a multi-billion dollar company. After leaving PartyGaming in 2006, he now works as the Managing Partner at Veddis Ventures, Gibraltar, a leading venture capital firm. He is also involved with a number of internet, media, real estate and philanthropic ventures.
