RIP OPEN brings to you a problem and you need to build the solution for it. Use the mentioned language and do it in the cleanest & the most semantic way.
Use what you know and leave the rest to the web. Search and get inspired by already existing snippets of code. Make the best possible answer and add your own creativity. Do something different and impress us all.

The event consists of three online rounds in total. First two rounds are for selecting the finalists.

  1. Round 1 and 2 will include simple problem statements which will require the participants to solve them by a combination of some languages.
  2. Duration of Round 1 and 2 will be for a week and all questions will have to be submitted in the time period given.
  3. Round 3 will have a different format from the previous rounds. Participants will have to solve the problem statement and apart from that they will have to give a proper documentation of their code. A short screencast or a presentation would add to it.
  4. The problem statements will include the required files like images, questions or sample codes.

Round 1 - 7th January 2012 – 13th January 2012

Round 2 - 14th January 2012 – 21st January 2012
