If you have worked on something innovative and that area is not being included in given topics then also your abstracts are welcomed. Your paper can belong to more than one topic. General Rules


PHASE I – ABSTRACT SUBMISSION ROUND:

(Only Online softcopy permitted)
1.    Abstract should be in two pages – (a) First page: Quark registration number, Name, email id, contact no., Branch, College (b) Second page: Abstract.
2.    Approximately 500 words which must contain entire summary of paper, results and conclusion.
3.    Heading of second page must be the topic (Font size - 14) on which you are going to present your paper.
4.    Abstract should be in one column, single space format, with one and half line spacing. Font – Times New Roman, Size – 12.
5.    Page Setup - (a) Paper Size: A4 (b) Top, Bottom, Left, Right Margins: 1"
6.    Should be submitted in .doc, .docx or .pdf format and attached with the mail.

Format of E-mail:
1.    The mail should have its subject as “Category Code” which is mentioned along with your area of interest. For e.g. If you are presenting paper under Electronic Engineering then subject of mail should be ‘EEE’ only not more than that otherwise your mail will go in junk.
2.    The body should contain the topic of interest, name of paper, abstract, author(s) name, e-mail ID(s), Name of institute(s) ,mobile number(s)
3.    The abstract should be a .doc, .docx or .pdf document attachment.
4.    The name of the file should be as follows:  branch code_topic category_group id. eg. EEE_b_191.doc shows RF circuits under EEE,'191' is the group ID obtained after registering for the event.


Deadline for Abstract Submission:
Abstract should be mailed to [email protected] latest by 10 January 2020.


PHASE II - FULL PAPER AND AUTHENTICATION LETTER SUBMISSION:

In this phase participants are required to submit their full paper and authentication letter.

Guidelines for paper:
1.    Neatly typed on single side of A4 size paper.
2.    The full paper should be as per following specifications - (a) Paper Size: A4 (b) Line Spacing: 1.5 (c) All Margins: 1" (d) Main Title: All capital, Bold, Center-aligned, Times New Roman - 16 (e) Sub Title: All capital, Bold, Left-justified, Times New Roman -14 (f) Text: Times New Roman - 12, Justified.
3.    Maximum 10 pages including diagrams, tables, etc.
4.    Must be in .doc or .pdf format


Guidelines for authentication letter:

1.    Format: on your college letter head
2.    Authentication letter must me duly signed by the guide or Head of department (with a seal of institution)
Selected teams will be intimated by email and their details will be put on the website.

Deadline for Full Paper Submission:
Full paper and scanned copy of authentication letter must be mailed within 5 days from the confirmation for PHASE II. The participants should make sure to have your full paper ready well in advanced.


PHASE III - PAPER PRESENTATIONS:
(On campus)
Guidelines for this round will be sent to the selected candidates through an email.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1.    Directly copying from the internet is strongly discouraged.
2.    Each paper should have valid references.
3.    Comparative analysis, innovations and new thoughts will be given weightage for the final selection.

The decision of the judges shall be treated as final and binding on all. The organizers reserve the rights to change any or all of the above rules as they deem fit. Change in rules, if any will be highlighted on the website and notified to the registered participants.
